Not a bad way to pass a sunny afternoon.
I love reading, and I do it a lot. I work in a bookstore, and live in a room full of books. I love writing, though I don’t do it quite as much as I should. I also love writing about what I’m reading, and that’s why I’m here. Apologies for being verbose, for taking myself and lots of other things too seriously, for the inevitable name-dropping, and for all the errors, grammatical or otherwise, that someone who uses words like “ineffable” has no excuse for making.
Hey Margaret, glad to find out you have a blog! Have you read any Robert Harris? Would be interested to know what you think of his Fatherland, or Pompeii, or Conspirata…Parke’s friend, Sharon
Hey Sharon! Lovely to “see” you here! I haven’t read any Robert Harris but I will add him to my list for my first library trip when I get back stateside. I wonder if my friend who is a Classics major has read him…sounds like something that might be right up her alley.

Love your love for reading – so dear. I don’t have the time to browse other blogs, but I found myself reading every entry on your homepage. Love the coffeehouse journal/sketchbook for the customers. I think that is part of the ArtHouse project, and I’m participating this year. I chose the topic: “A Day in A Life”.
